He is an accredited National Andinism Instructor, Ph.Ed. teacher, A.A.G.M. mountaineering guide, Wilderness First Responder, Lama Helicopter Rescue Specialist, he was head of the Rescue Patrol at Mt. Aconcagua for a couple of years. His extensive knowledge on mountaineering made him conquer the most important peaks in Argentina, Antartica and Alaska. He also climbed our Cordillera de Los Andes in winter expeditions. He is a well-known Andean climber, devoting much of his time to teaching young university students the skills needed in mountain climbing.
His understanding of local history and culture makes him a very entertaining guide.
