Four Wheel Drive Photographic Safari

Leaving Mendoza city towards the North, we'll soon merge into the Precordillera. The landscape then becomes sharp and majestic with the road snaking up the mountain. When at the "first monolith" the view to the east is amazing and further on we will have the chance to visit a goat breeding farm, where you will feel as though you are in another time.
The highest point the road reaches is recognizable by the "second monolith", from where we start descending towards a dry river bed. It is not unusual to encounter a pack of guanacos or a group of condors.
At the resting point we get to stretch and learn some things about local flora.
Lunch shall be held next to a water-spring and surrounded by willow trees; a deserved quietness before proceeding the drive towards the valley of Uspallata.
